Important information for artists interested in participating in the artists exhibit for the Dia de Portugal Festival. Please read this information carefully.

Eligibility

Any artist (painter, sculptor, photographer) is eligible to display or sell their art at the Dia de Portugal Festival.

Participation Fee

Artists who wish to sell their art are required to pay a fee of 10% of any profits above $200. Artists who will have their work on display only will not be required to pay the fee.

Set-up and take-down

Each artist will be given a pop up tent space of approximately 10′ x 10′. Set-up time for the tent will be from 7am-9:30am. The location of the tent will be assigned by the Dia de Portugal Committee. Everything must be ready to go by the 10:00 a.m. festival start time.

Cancellation

If you suspect that you will not be able to participate, please let us know as soon as possible. There will be no penalty for cancellation, but it does make the day more difficult logistically and we appreciate your consideration.
